Decided it was time to start with my long list of artists I would like to promote… Names that have not really that much attention in Europe, but might get some love through this site and its visitors…
First up: Raheem Devaughn. What do you think of him and how do you feel his music?

When is the brother coming to New York? I can’t even begin to explain the good feelings and vibes I get listening to his album. “You” and “Guess who Loves you More” are getting much air play and for good reason. Soulful, honest and real. He’s not afraid to expose and reveal himself. Man… it gives me hope that there are still brothers out there who can still flow like this. Deep. Keep it up my brother. I think he’s going to be hot in the summer of 06.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE Mr. Devaughn’s The Love Experience Album. When is he coming to Dallas? I have to say that he brings back that feeling that music has been lacking for some time. He gives you that feeling like listening to the Isley Brothers “Voyage to Atlantis” or that feeling of listening to Marvin Gaye singing “Satisfy You”. These were the times when you could actually feel the music moving through your soul and that is the feeling that he will give you over and over again. I’m young but the music nowadays lacks the essence of what it use to be. I leave his CD on reply every night when I go to sleep and I still listen to it throughout the day. I have to say THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!
